You will play a key part in developing our customer insight capability and assist in the design of products that are useful, useable and desirable.

We use research and strategy to support data driven products that deliver value for both the customer and for the business by designing and implementing market leading experiences. Taking a user -centred approach to design, you enjoy finding and delivering innovative solutions to challenging problems that help to make our products, services, and technology usable, enjoyable and accessible for all of our customers and users. You’ll work closely with a close-knit team of researchers, analysts, and UI designers to fully understand the issues, then create, evaluate and modify prototypes though the iterative process of testing ideas to release. Building business relationships will be second nature to you, presenting and explaining complex concepts, designs and models to a wide variety of audiences, inspiring UX and CX across all customer journeys.

You’ll bring significant experience in UX research, statistical, qualitative and quantitative analysis, understanding the strengths and weaknesses of each to deliver effective problem solving solutions.
